Contract of Employment



You’re a perfect fit if:

  • you have experience in recruitment;

  • you have a University degree (preferred majors: human resource management, psychology, sociology, law or postgraduate studies in HR);

  • you have knowledge related to candidate selection, assessment and recommendation;

  • you know systems, channels and tools used in the recruitment process, including social media;

  • you are an analytical thinker, you care about following internal procedures and enjoy working in a team;

  • you have very good work organization skills and are characterized by effectiveness, precision, initiative and commitment to duties;

  • you are fluent in English;

  • you are skilled at using Microsoft Office suite software;

  • you have a category B driving license.


Nice to Have:

  • experience in the IT industry;

  • knowledge of the most important elements of the labor law.

Job Description

You will be responsible for:

  • performing recruitment and contacting candidates;

  • co-creating job offers and posting then on the company website and recruitment sites;

  • creating reports and summaries (Excel);

  • finding new talents, including direct searching;

  • building a professional and positive company image;

  • supporting activities related to employer branding;

  • supporting the HR department in handling employee benefits;

  • analysis of the recruitment activities of the company and its direct competition;

  • assisting in the organization of job fairs and representing the company during events;

  • carrying out basic duties related to internal and external communication;

  • participating in projects related to human resources, payroll and administration;

  • participating in projects related to employee engagement, assessment, development and succession;

  • providing general administrative support, including archiving electronic documents, submission and registration of documents, database maintenance, etc.;

  • managing the Management Board’s office and meetings with contractors;

  • managing postal and courier correspondence.
