You’re a perfect fit if:

  • you have a university degree (preferably in administration, or law);
  • you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position;
  • you have an intermediate level of English language skills;
  • you are proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • you have analytical thinking skills, can follow internal procedures and ensure proper communication within a team;
  • you are very good at organising your work and are characterised by efficiency, accuracy, initiative and commitment to your duties;
  • basic knowledge of accounting/legal matters is an asset.
Job Description

You will be responsible for:

  • the execution of administrative tasks and participation in the realisation of current issues related to the organisation and functioning of the company as well as cooperation with clients, and contractors of the company;
  • handling day-to-day matters with customers, suppliers, and business partners of the company related to the day-to-day running of the company;
  • ongoing cooperation with individuals, suppliers, contractors, and clients involved in ongoing projects;
  • direct cooperation with authorities, public institutions, banks;
  • ensuring an efficient and timely flow of documents;
  • preparation of reports and summaries;
  • assisting and supporting all activities of the company's leaders and departments;
  • handling personnel matters in cooperation with the personnel office;
  • organisation of meetings and business trips;
  • organising and coordinating matters delegated by the company's leaders and departments;
  • cooperating with the finance and accounting departments to ensure timely billing, including the preparation of appropriate statements and reports;
  • preparation and drafting of simple documents, coordination of formal issues within the framework of active contracts, including the negotiation of business arrangements with external customers and suppliers, as well as the preparation of simple annexes, agreements and other documents in cooperation with the legal department;
  • participating in purchasing procedures for the provision of services.
