Requirements

You are a good fit if you:

  • Have experience in an IT support or technical role,
  • Are able to diagnose and solve technical issues,
  • Are familiar with Windows environments and basic networking (LAN/Wi-Fi),
  • Have experience in configuring computer hardware,
  • Organise your work well and enjoy working in a dynamic environment,
  • Are communicative and enjoy helping others,
  • Are able to work independently and make decisions,
  • Have driving licence category B.
Preffered

Nice to Have:

  • Basic knowledge of electronics,
  • Experience in configuring and managing alarm systems.
Job Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Organising the transport of equipment between company locations,
  • Preparing equipment and configuring workstations (computers, monitors, accessories),
  • Coordinating workstation relocations between departments and buildings,
  • Handling user requests (ticketing system),
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues,
  • Supporting employees with everyday technical problems (on-site),
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware and system issues,
  • Supporting employees with daily IT issues (on-site),
  • Installing and replacing IT equipment, electronic devices and other equipment,
  • Managing the equipment lifecycle (purchases, allocations, returns, inventory).
