Requirements

You are a good fit if you:

  • have an intermediate level of English,
  • demonstrate very good work organisation, punctuality and attention to detail,
  • are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel,
  • are able to think analytically and work with data,
  • are communicative and team-oriented,
  • want to learn and develop in the area of customer service.
Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:

  • operating client panels and handling ongoing operational data,
  • creating tables, summaries and reports for the team and clients,
  • supporting the department’s day-to-day operational processes,
  • occasional contact with clients,
  • cooperating with the team to improve processes and service quality.
