You are a good fit if you:
- have basic experience in administering Windows systems (1–2 years of practice or project/personal experience is welcome),
- have basic knowledge of IT security and want to develop it further,
- are engaged, willing to learn and open to new technologies,
- demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills - even if you sometimes need support from a more experienced team member,
- are available in case of emergency situations (although the main responsibility for handling incidents lies with more experienced administrators, we still value your readiness to cooperate),
- are passionate about IT and want to continuously develop in the areas of Windows, network access and security.
You will be responsible for:
- supporting various IT departments in solving ongoing issues,
- administering computers in a Windows environment (Active Directory) using GPO,
- implementing and managing MS Windows systems using Ansible (you will develop skills in orchestration and automation),
- supporting the administration of Windows servers and network devices under the supervision of experienced administrators,
- participating in the use of monitoring and statistics tools,
- gradually developing skills in database administration: creating backups and performing other tasks related to maintaining MS SQL databases,
- cooperating in maintaining system and network security - you will develop knowledge of security principles and tools,
- working with virtualisation and containerisation solutions,
- learning how to optimise performance, security and service quality in line with organisational needs.
