Requirements

You’re a perfect fit if:

you have good knowledge of web technologies and are fluent in using software;
you have experience in collecting and processing data, as well as general knowledge of internet security;
you are able to solve problems analytically and creatively, using a non-linear and multitasking approach;
you have highly developed communication skills, openness to the needs of others and a willingness to help;
you have good written and spoken English skills; knowledge of other languages may be an additional advantage.

Job Description

You will be responsible for:

building and maintaining relationships with clients of our Platform;
providing technical support to people responsible for sales and customer service;
solving ongoing technical issues;
testing and implementing new functionalities;
creating product and functionality documentation;
operating internal tools responsible for the configuration and functioning of services;
learning about our products and the market, as well as achieving set goals;
developing your competencies, gaining skills useful both in life and at work, and playing our games.
