You’re a perfect fit if:
- you have very good knowledge of legal and tax regulations as well as accounting principles, essential for the day-to-day work of an accounting team leader;
- you are familiar with both Polish and international accounting standards;
- you have at least 5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting, including the preparation and closure of financial statements;
- you have experience in managing a small team;
- you are fluent in English;
- you hold a university degree in economics or a related field;
- you demonstrate teamwork, reliability, consistency, and punctuality – all essential in managing accounting processes and leading a team.
You will be responsible for:
- managing a 3–4 person team;
- overseeing accurate accounting records, the preparation of tax declarations, and financial reporting;
- ensuring smooth month and year-end closings;
- analysing and optimising processes;
- verifying financial documentation;
- supporting clients in strategic decision-making;
- fostering client relationships;
- monitoring legislations changes;
- onboarding new employees.
